Shipping Policy
Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 business days of ordering.
International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived: If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Return policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 20 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@aliciahayesart.com

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged items:The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time at hello@aliciahayesart.com
