Happy Inspiration Tuesday!

I celebrated my birthday yesterday and it was an amazing day.  Thanks to all of my family and friends who helped make it special ♥  I love this time of year with the Autumn colors, Halloween and yes I still love my birthday.

Today I'm going to choose "AMAZING" as my piece featured for Inspiration Tuesday.

This piece was based on a Circus theme.  I was inspired by the BIG TOP colors and the characters in the old Traveling Circus days.

My base palette was Red, Purple and Black.  This Gypsy lady has actual vintage love letters for the highlights in her hair and she definitely needed real jewelry embellishments!  I was so excited when my BIG TOP red and white turned out so vintage looking!  This is made from red and white striped scrapbook paper, and I added the vintage look with paint and charcoal and used my white gel pen for the stitching.
