Artist Statement

I am a watercolor, mixed media, and digital artist; the artwork I create is inspired by people, music, and nature.  I live in Draper, Utah and create art in my home studio as well as my favorite local coffee shops or while traveling.  I enjoy telling a story with my artwork while working with a variety of mediums.  My work is best known for including: soulful strong women and girls, whimsical animals, food illustrations, and hand lettering.

My original paintings have been sold worldwide and have been featured several times in popular national magazines such as:  "Somerset Studio," "Somerset Studio Gallery," and "Avari."  You can find my illustrations on art prints, home decor items, tech accessories, apparel and much more.  I partner with a variety of brands that transform my paintings into great selling products.  I like to have fun with my  art by participating in daily Instagram challenges and by continuously learning new techniques.

Inspiration

I am blessed with three amazing daughters, , a supportive husband and several fur babies.
